Who we are
We are a community for those who feel physically and emotionally exhausted due to the demands and pressures of life.
We are a community of people who have lived through or are living through burnout.
What we believe
We believe that these days the stresses of daily living often have a slow cost on our physical and emotional health.
We recognise that these days many everyday people struggling with burnout. Burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion due to chronic overexertion – that is, trying to do too much for too long with too little support.
